Senior Associate General Counsel
The candidate should be eligible 80 hours per pay period. J.D or LL.M required. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Must have 7-10 years experience in law firm or in-house with 3-5 years related experience; or 5 years related experience with a healthcare certification. Coordinates the administrative work efforts of legal department staff, as may be delegated by the General Counsel, and serves as a legal advisor to provide guidance on a variety of legal opinions in reviewing and evaluating physician contracts, managed care contracts and supply chain agreements. Provides support to company to achieve organizational goals and strategies to conform to legal requirements.
