Will work closely with other experienced lawyers and compliance professionals, and regularly engage directly with senior-level business clients. Should have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD. Should preferably have 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Current member in good standing of a State Bar with the ability to become barred or a registered in-house counsel in the state where this role is located. In-house experience required. Prior payments industry experience. Technology transactions experience. Must be a practical and creative problem-solver with strong business acumen and work ethic.
