The candidates will work with experienced shareholders in different offices around the country on sophisticated domestic and cross-border real estate transactions. Must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Should preferably possess 3+ years of real estate experience, including experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, and construction. Experience specifically in borrower side finance is a plus. The firm is particularly interested in those candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team orientation.
