Real Estate Finance Associate
The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience working on commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate financing and non-real estate financing transactions, and/or commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, construction, management, and debt and equity financing. Should have a strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan.
