Responsibilities
Leads market research and business analytics projects to effectively analyze customer insights, brand performance, market trends and competitive response
Champions the brand planning process, ensuring strategic choice and tradeoff selection, and alignment across the alliance cross-functional team
Leads the agency of record and the alliance cross-functional team to develop, review and execute high impact marketing initiatives and materials for the Hospital and IDN customers
Manages A&P spend and coordinates investments across the alliance to drive brand performance
Manages continuous structured insight collection and best practice sharing with Sales Force
Builds and maintains internal and external networks and relationships to appropriately drive Eliquis performance
Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent is required. MBA is preferred
5  years of relevant marketing brand management or equivalent experience. Experience in Cardiovascular is preferred
Sales Experience desirable.  Experience in Hospitals is preferred 
Proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization, with strong organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and manage strong internal and external customer relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
