Responsibilities: Automation of single or multiple documents, publishing these via a dynamic online questionnaire. Application of logic and rules to ensure that fee earners documents are produced with the correct content and formatting. Ensuring all templates adhere to BCLP’s consistent approach to automation (naming conventions etc. and all templates and output documents are in BCLP’s house style). Maintenance of existing automated documents. Assistance with Neota Logic applications and other expert systems for decision-making automation. Assistance with designing HighQ Collaboration portals, where appropriate, to host client-specific or practice-specific expert systems and document automation tools. Assistance in Kira AI/Machine Learning projects, including clause extraction projects, working with the Knowledge Management team as appropriate. Assistance with horizon scanning for new innovations that incorporate expert systems and automation. Performs other duties as assigned.
