• Prepare legal documents, including dispositions, pleadings, and orders, to support clients' legal needs.
• Attend mediation, court hearings, and trials, advocating for clients in family law matters.
• Collaborate closely with staff to ensure all client needs are met throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience representing clients in family law matters is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.
