Responsibilities: Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and lead generation sources. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. Works alongside customer support to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional groups and/or societies. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
