Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans of action for clients.
• Represent clients in court and handle jury trials.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
• Maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide the best possible legal representation for clients.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Proven experience as a personal injury attorney, with a focus on civil litigation.
• Trial experience, including preparing and handling cases for jury trial.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail, punctuality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and efficiently.
• Ability to assess and plan for complex legal situations quickly.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and settlement skills.
• Trial preparation and courtroom advocacy experience.
• Ability to handle cases from inception through to resolution.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required.
