Duties: Assist with identifying appropriate legal steps and supporting documentation for implementation of domestic and foreign internal corporate transactions. Draft, review and manage filings for internal restructuring documentation, including the apostille and legalization process of foreign documents. Review transactional legal documents and work with external counsel to facilitate timely preparation thereof. Coordinate document routing and signature process with Koch company leaders. Communicate frequently with internal constituents and external advisors, including international advisors. Aid internal transactional attorney in managing overall transaction execution. Management of Global Entity Management System for data integrity. Assist in the administration of transactional SharePoint sites. Support other members of the transactional implementation team. Facilitate and support the invoicing process related to transaction execution.
