Senior Global Benefits Analyst - Wellbeing','210003UF','!*!Operating in the global market place means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our Global Services and Solutions line of business helps these companies navigate the challenges of multi country complexity based on context knowledge of trends and innovative multi-client solutions. In particular, we help multinational companies develop global/cross-border solutions that meet the needs of both local and headquarter management in the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their compensation and benefit programs around the world. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.

As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to a wide variety of projects involving the development and delivery of wellbeing strategies for global multi-national clients. You will serve as the project manager of the Global Wellbeing Community and on select client projects, interface with vendors and support client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. You will also contribute to the development and commercialization of key wellbeing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to grow your global wellbeing expertise as well as your project management and client relationship skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.
Materially contribute to global wellbeing projects including:
Strategy and design of wellbeing approaches
Vendor procurement, negotiation and optimization
Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
Analyze and compare vendor products, services and contracts
Employee listening exercises, including participating in and supporting the development of virtual focus groups, workshops, surveys, etc.
Employee communication projects, including development of curriculum for manager training, wellbeing campaigns, etc.
Measurement projects, including supporting the development of measurement strategies, scorecards and other metrics to measure outcomes of wellbeing initiatives
Partnering with Colleagues and Consultants across GSS, H&B and C&CM to deliver superior project management on select clients
Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Contribute to the development of new intellectual capital (IC) and commercialization of existing IC and sales resources
2-5 years of experience in global wellbeing or health and group benefits; alternatively, experience working on domestic wellbeing, benefits or communication and a demonstrated interest in international issues
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget under minimal supervision
Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
