The candidate will be researching and analyzing the law on complex legal issues. Writing memorandums, briefs, letters, and other documents. Marketing your and the firm’s services to prospective clients. Performing discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Performing due diligence in all matters. Performing all other job-related duties as assigned. Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required. Should have 5+ years of experience as an attorney or 3+ years of experience. Successful record of mediation experience is required. Significant and successful trial experience is required. Should be established book of business. Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state is required.
