Operations Coordinator
The candidate will accurate communicate with Operations and Copy Center team members regarding commitments and deadlines for attorneys, staff and administration. Supervise of operation team members and providing input for evaluations. Communicate with Copy Center Team Lead to ensure compliance with standards of operations and follow established quality control guidelines and procedures for production requests. Coordinate support activities (i.e. office moves and file relocation). Provide input for setting/managing Operations Department yearly budget. Work with and build relationships with vendors. Answer telephone inquiries. Assist with special projects as needed. Should have 2+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience. Should have 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
