Compliance Analyst II
The candidate will ensure the timely, accurate filing of our client’s applications to government agencies. Draft and file applications to government agencies by paper and electronically. Uncover gaps in service and registration and report to client. Conduct thorough and accurate research, call government agencies, and communicate with clients about their projects by phone and email. Meets established Service Level Agreements, such as response time, onboarding duration time, and work completed. At least 2-5 years of experience filing annual reports, tax registrations, and/or license applications. Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented. Ability to effectively prioritize work and multitask in a rapidly-evolving environment. Enjoys the challenge of new, complex problems and learning new information on-the-fly. Consistently meet deadlines. Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity. Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate. Experience working with nonprofit organizations. Proficient in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Background in legal, accounting, or finance. Customer service or client relations experience.
