Talent Development Manager
The candidate will focus on development, Oversight, and Implementation of Training Curriculum and Internal Programming. Will be responsible for the planning and execution of firm-wide training and development programs and the development and execution of programs specific to practice team needs. The manager’s responsibilities will include, Providing strategic leadership in envisioning and developing annual and ongoing development-focused programs for all levels of associates, specifically focused on giving associates the substantive knowledge, legal skills, business development tools, and insights to support their growth and development within our law firm. Working with partners, practice team co-chairs, and associates to identify development needs and then shaping programs that address those needs through creative, engaging, and interactive discussions, workshops, and trainings. Seamlessly planning and executing firm-wide programming, including orientations, regular and ongoing training programs, outside speakers, and development-focused roundtable discussions. Managing and supervising CLE Programming Specialist and Coordinator. Complete ad hoc projects, as needed.
