This is a temporary position of undetermined length. Job Description Projects Administrator performs a variety of oversight, administrative and clerical duties necessary to support multiple construction, renovation and maintenance projects . The Projects Administrator manages the flow of paperwork and electronic correspondence, tracks and administers changes, and interacts with subcontractors and consultants. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Assist FM&RE Project Manager(s) with maintenance, collection and retention of project documentation. Maintain & disseminate accurate documentation and project progress records (Waste Tracking Log, Chemical Usage Log) and completion assessments (Construction Completion Survey). Assist with Contractor Badging in support of Project Managers/Field Engineers Communicate issues and decisions to FM&RE Project Coordinator and/or Management. Assist with Project transition from Construction to Life Cycle Management. CORE COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality. Works easily with others. 3 years of successful construction or facilities management administration experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Experience in scheduling, ordering, finance management and tracking.
