\u003cp\u003eThe Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (IC\u0026amp;E) Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instruments, control systems and electrical equipment in the Renewable Natural Gas process. The IC\u0026amp;E Technician performs work of high skill in the inspection repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of all electronic and electrical power plant equipment and systems.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003ePerform preventive maintenance duties on all major equipment and systems as well as emergency backup systems\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain complete equipment files, logs, and drawings for all designated equipment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist in operational and mechanical support as needed\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist in maintaining and controlling spare parts inventory to maintain plant reliability.\u0026nbsp; Assist in physical inventories.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eConduct instrument calibration as scheduled/required\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain all plant instrumentation and electrical equipment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInspect repair, install and remove all types of motors, generators, transformers, switches, control equipment, wiring, electrical signal and communication systems, and storage batteries, and work with electrical systems up to and including 480 volts\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eConduct troubleshooting and analysis on DCS, PLC and turbine control equipment\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate, plan and implement maintenance evolutions and work of other site employees\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003ePhysical requirements include standing on feet for extended periods of time, stair and ladder climbing and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment must be worn in the performance of some duties (e.g. hard hats, safety glasses, air masks, ear protection, chemical suits, hot gloves and high voltage protective equipment, etc.).\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePosition requires extended working hours and varied shifts with the possibility of weekend and holiday work, as required by schedules, work load and plant conditions.\u0026nbsp; \u0022On call\u0022 status will periodically be required.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAll employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program.\u0026nbsp; This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post employment random drug screening.\u0026nbsp; There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the sites.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eFour years work experience as a technician with increasing responsibility in a related industry may be substituted for the above requirement\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMust have excellent oral and written communication skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to work well with others and be self-directed, as well as apply creative solutions to unique IC\u0026amp;E problems\u003c/li\u003e
