Associate Attorney (Litigation)
The candidate will meet the following requirements: 3+ years of litigation experience required. Trial experience is a plus. Experience handling general liability, insurance, labor/employment, and/or workers' compensation matters is a plus. Admission and good standing with the State of Mississippi Bar is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseloads are a must. Strong motion practice and pleadings preparation background with a desire to attend hearings, depositions, and trials necessary.
