Duties: Provide US legal advice to Enstar (US) entities; Provide support in the handling of Enstar (US) entities in connection with litigations. Provides support in the handling of Enstar Group company reinsurance arbitrations and litigations; Provides support in the handling of reinsurance relationships, including litigations and reinsurance arbitrations. Provides timely/efficient responses to Enstar internal clients on all assignments; Performs special projects/other duties as assigned. In addition to the above key responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require.
