RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Review, draft and revise form agreements as well as non-standard agreements. Work with internal and external customers, carefully obtain requirements needed for each contract. Negotiate contracts and escalate complex legal issues and other terms to attorneys and assist in resolution. Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance. Participate in procurement and diligence processes of company customers. Lead initial diligence on key vendors and annual reviews. Manage workflow of all contract stages. Work closely with Finance department for budgeting and audits. Communicate contract implementation to other departments. Maintain contract management database. Audit existing contracts and develop report on specific legal terms and conditions. Report on status of existing and pending contracts. Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process. Develop and implement best practices contract strategies to support the sales process. Lead special contract-related projects as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
