Candidate will interact with outside counsel and other vendors to ensure dissemination of and compliance with document collections, reviews, redactions, productions, billing and other guidelines. Cross team collaboration is critical, along with the ability to identify potential related matters and issues, business contacts and research tools, etc. Will be responsible for integrating technical resources and use of system tools to assist team members with maintenance of information regarding, and management of, legal entities, subpoenas and investigative demands. will utilize and maintain electronic case management tools, data rooms or other databases. Utilization of relevant solutions to manage complex activities in a variety of areas. Will build and maintain electronic shared file rooms or other databases. May include, program and file management, special projects, analyses, research and reports.
