Conduct legal research and analysis to provide advice and guidance to clients. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Present evidence and arguments in court to support clients' positions. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies. Must be licensed in the state of Florida.
