The candidate will assist with complex civil litigation matters. Ability to draft and argue motions. Trial preparation and research. Taking and defending depositions. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Must exhibit strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines, work independently and within a team environment, and be willing to travel state-wide. Litigation experience is required.
