This position prosecutes subrogation claims and can be located in any of Nationwide's California Trial Division offices (Newport Beach, Glendale, San Diego or Sacramento). We are seeking an seasoned litigator with 10+ years’ experience managing a caseload of complex personal and commercial insurance defense cases. First chair trial experience is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate considerable initiative and the ability to relate well with business clientele. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, are also essential. Must be able to draft own pleadings, discovery and reports. The position includes a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity and benefits plan.
