Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized holistic financial strategies to consumer segments beyond insurance. Coach clients through strategies. Facilitate tax planning by gathering, summarizing, and collaborating with tax professionals. Identify and target B2B sales opportunities to provide business valuation assessment and recommended succession planning financial strategies. A college degree and relevant professional State life and health licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations are required. Certifications or licensing such as an MBA, JD, CFP®, CPA or ChFC, are a plus. Experience running a business or leading a team. Knowledge of intermediate and advanced level financial planning questions. Disciplined practice management with a strong focus on relationship management; not just portfolio management. Demonstrated deep understanding of financial markets, sound business judgement and delivery of personalized financial solutions for both individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
