Maintains rapport and open, effective communicationPerforms account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.Actively supports and monitors the renewal process.Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.Primary collaborator with Aon accounting team on client invoicing and collections.Receives and runs routine and sophisticated coverage inquiries and endorsement requests. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
