The candidate will assist in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, developing contract review policies and processes, supporting Mergers and Acquisitions, and managing other projects as assigned. Will draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts. Support contract negotiations with internal clients and external vendors. Assist in developing contract playbooks for high-volume and high-impact contracts. Measure and report on contract review metrics. Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Provide administrative support for the legal and procurement teams. Contract administration within the CMS system. Perform other duties as assigned.
