o meet the demands of our growing legal practice, KS&G continues to recruit associate candidates from select law schools across the country. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, team-oriented, and well rounded. These and other personal qualities are considered together with academic credentials and legal training. KS&G hires associates who we believe have the skills and motivation necessary to become partners in the firm.
Most new associates come from our Summer Associate Program
. The Program immerses second year law students in all aspects of the firm’s culture along with client meetings, weekly educational lunches, and contact with a variety of partners and associates. In addition, Summer Associates participate in numerous social activities that allow them to meet and interact with lawyers and staff members on an informal basis.
