The candidates must possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required. Should have 3-8 years of legal experience, with law firm experience strongly preferred. Expertise is required in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and merger and acquisition transactions.
