Description
What You'll Do:
The IT Success Leader develops and builds relationships with IT teams to align strategic implementation of technical controls to protect sensitive data and integrate compliant test data across the organization. Test Data and Data Use and Protection Engineering represents an intersection of cybersecurity, data analytics, software engineering, legal, risk, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead teams to strategic planning and tactical adoption to consume principled data 'Privacy by design' solutions based on guidance, operational processes, and infrastructure and automation tools that enable product and engineering teams to embed our data protection principles from the outset to meet growing compliance and user trust demands, without compromising speed and innovation. This role requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across departments.
Required Qualifications:
Work to gain alignment of advanced technologies and Privacy by Design principles into IT strategic solutions that engage software development teams to ensure that the test data and data use meets established regulatory and compliance needs
Collaborate and align Test Data and Data Use roadmaps for the development of solutions to ensure IT success with adoption and integration while providing a clear understanding of objects and goals
Proactively engage directly with leaders across each organization and guide leaders on trade-offs towards adoption of advanced technologies and Privacy by Design principles
Partner with product and engineering teams to understand customers' strategy, objectives, and use cases
Connect the dots between the WHY of Customers' goals to the WHAT delivered by Test Data and Data Use Engineering
Demonstrate leadership and attention to detail to support solving problems for development teams and Test Data and Data Use Engineering requirements
Communicate effectively, gain respect, and influence colleagues and leaders to adopt solutions and cross-promote to achieve goals and objectives while meeting compliance and regulatory needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or understanding of software applications and solution integration
Experience with complex and fast pace highly matrixed teams to achieve common goals
Masters' Degree in a Technical Field
