Energy Regulatory Associate
The candidate should have two to five years of experience at a leading national or international law firm, with a transactional background in the energy space. Experience before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and/or knowledge of electric or natural gas pipeline regulation is required. Experience in the following areas would be a plus: renewable energy markets and development; regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions and electric transmission/natural-gas pipeline development; energy contracts such as offtake agreements, interconnection agreements, and hedges; and energy-sector project finance.
