The candidate will support the company General Counsel by coordinating the organization’s contract processes and procedures as well as providing various legal assistance and office support. Duties & essential job functions: Coordinating the contract process to include reviewing, updating and managing the overall workflow. Preparation of letters, memos, contracts, and other documents. Organization and production of documents. Submitting electronic invoices. Answering phone and scheduling appointments. Faxing, copying, scanning, and emailing documents. Performing other legal administrative tasks as needed. Contracts management of small contracts $1,000-$1,000,000. Negotiate terms, and price and manage the RFP process. Training and managing contract administrators,. Maintaining standard administration (training materials, PowerPoint presentations, litigation docs/filing).
