Employment Litigation Associate
The candidate will be interfacing directly with clients to provide mission-critical advice on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility. Drafting and reviewing employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other key employment document. Advocating for clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels. Assisting and advising on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions, gaining valuable cross-disciplinary experience. Should have 1-3 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling.
