Operations Assistant
The candidate will assist with accounting backup processing invoices through a firm-wide accounting system; will assist and support the Office Administrator in all duties assigned as they relate to the Fort Lauderdale office while maintaining strict confidentiality; will be one that is detail oriented and able to complete assignments under time-sensitive deadlines, with a service-minded attitude. Should have at least 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a law firm environment, and a strong knowledge of human resources requirements and procedures. This position requires excellent organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize, plan work activities, use time efficiently, and communicate results immediately to the Office Administrator. Prior experience with office relocations and/or office construction build-out projects is a plus.
