We are looking for a great Account Executive who's proficient in both Commerical and Technical sales, we can offer you career development and enjoyable culture.
What is the role?
This position will be the sales contract for a specified group of refining catalyst customers in the US and is responsible for the direct sales and sales processes for those customer accounts/locations.
The incumbent will manage the sale and delivery of refining catalyst products and services to those selected customers and will work in close collaboration with the Integrated Account Manager US and the Licensing sales and technical managers.
The candidate will develop and manage multiple level relationships with key refining customers from Process Engineer to Site Manager and potentially up to Senior Executive Level.
Other accountabilities include:
Achieve annual sales and contribution margin targets
Identify key customer stakeholders and develop/maintain strong relationships with each person
Develop and implement customer account strategies and plans (individual sites and corporate accounts where appropriate) including identification of customers needs and decision processes/priorities; specifying account sales objectives
Provide feedback to Market Managers on customer product & service experiences and future requirements.
Coordinate delivery of solutions with Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Licensing, Services, and other key internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
We are currently looking for someone who has at least 5 years of working experience focused on Direct Sales, preferably in Refinery Catalyst.
Other requirements include:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Chemistry. MBA is preferred
Experience in diagnostic selling for complex sales
Proven sales background
Strong stakeholder management skills
Knowledgeable in negotiating and administering sale and purchases
Excellent communication skills
