The candidate must have commercial contracting experience in support of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and/or medical research industry. Should preferably have experience in drafting and negotiating some or all of the following: early-stage agreements relating to R&D; licensing and tech transfer arrangements; and/or agreements relating to clinical trials, strategic collaborations, clinical and commercial manufacture, sale, lease, storage and distribution of finished product. General corporate experience and familiarity with FDA regulations are a significant asset. Excellent writing skills are expected.
