SCM Data & Governance Lead ','2300003C','!*!SCM Data & Governance Lead, as to Data - responsible/accountable for supporting the SCM activities and tasks associated with implementation of a new ERP system. Working with ERP Governance teams as to testing SCM modules and process flows and communicating with SCM Leadership. As to Governance – Review, Update, and manage policies and procedures across global SCM teams adhering to best in class concepts. Manage SCM global alignment of policies, processes, forms, documents etc.

Work with the AVEVA Governance implementation and support teams to configure, test and implement a global supply chain process within the Aveva ERM and PCTPlus application.

Work with the IT team as to coordinating the new VIS Cloud and Vendor Server system implementations specific to Supply Chain Management and Data Governance

Utilize metrics, tools, and processes to improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiencies. Track, and analyze performance metrics Governance

Review, Update, Manage SCM policies – 1200 Series – Pursue alignment across Global SCM

Analyze Global B&W SCM policies for alignment, compliance, and procedural gaps, highlighting areas of concern and offering best in class recommendations for all SCM processes and data management.

Partner with Digital and IT on all SCM technology initiatives and strategic enterprise implementations

Work with IT to enhance our Diversity tracking/reporting to adhere to customer’s request.

          Proactively work to ensure suppliers from all BU’s are loaded into VIS system, following current processes and requirements

Support network consolidation plans with fact gathering and assessments.

Administer governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets and comply with corporate and regulatory policies.

Develop internal and external partnerships to gain a comprehensive understanding of diverse business requirements across the company. Collaborate with management to establish short-term and long-term business objectives.

          Bachelors in supply change management, engineering, or related field with 8 years background in supply management commercial experience

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Sound critical thinking skills as it related to data analysis and contracting processes.

Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

          Experience with supplier management, commercial management, contracting and negotiations required
