Innovative Products and Research Manager
The Innovation and Product management team at C Space is a growing group that’s tasked with transforming the core products and tools that the organization’s research and consulting teams use to deliver the impactful and strategic insights that we deliver to our Fortune 200 clients. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to research, and learn to the most cutting edge research tools in social listening, AI, sentiment & data analysis, and analytics to name a few. What You’ll Do:
As an Innovative Products and Research Manager reporting to the Senior Product Manager and VP of Innovation your main responsibility would be to manage, evangelize, and socialize our comprehensive portfolio of innovative tools. Other duties include:
Managing accounts and billing corresponding to budget allocation
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support external client projects
Assisting in ongoing client teams’ support
Acting as a liaison between product, operations, and client teams
Tracking utilization across the innovative tools suite
Maintaining vendor relationships that fall under the innovative tools set
Creating and maintaining a suite of eLearning assets and documents to share across our consulting and research teams to increase overall usage and adoption
Desired Skills and Experience:
5-8 years of experience in vendor and /or relationship management
Strong ability to synthesize information from demos and apply to client needs and/or internal project proposals
Strong ability to multi task and be proficient in Teams, & MS suite of products
Must be extremely organized to handle various requests from different research groups
Experience in the market research industry a plus but not a requirement
