Mission

The Remote Operations Expert (ROEx) is responsible for delivering high quality services to clients at the wellsite. They will supervise operations at the wellsite and provide technical support for downhole and surface equipment. They will carry out comprehensive oversight of risk management, ensure systematic usage of standard work, and be responsible for procedural adherence and compliance to standards. The ROEx is responsible for clear and timely communication with the customer’s wellsite representative.

Roles & Responsabilities

Verify Resources required for the operation according to the Job Program.

Verify inventory, inspection, lifting plans and certifications.

Prepare downhole and surface equipment including communication systems.

Perform pre-operation safety and technical briefing with the personnel involved in the operation.

Deploy and Position resources at the wellsite according to the agreed job program and lifting plans.

Perform Rig Up and Rig Down in coordination with the Client representative and Drilling Contractor.

Perform Service according to the job program and according to the agreed risk assessment.

Responsible for the application and utilization of the relevant business systems.

Monitor indicators of operations including speeds, tensions, basic and advanced surface sensors.

Remove, secure and demobilize resources from the wellsite.
