DOT Compliance Coordinator
We're looking for a Department of Transportation Compliance Coordinator to join our team!
The primary role of the DOT Compliance Coordinator will be to conduct Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) testing per the State of Florida requirements for all new WDW bus drivers and other CDL positions property wide. The candidate will input driver applicant information prior-to and after testing into the company system of record. Responsibilities also include data entry of documents pertaining to driver qualification files, drug testing and DOT physicals and completion of special projects as requested.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years CDL truck driving experience Class A
Minimum 3 years CDL driver training experience Class A or similar equipment training
CDL Class A preferably with P endorsement
State of Florida CDL Examiners License or be able to successfully pass the state of Florida 50 hours CDL Examiners Class
Proven experience and strong understanding of all Federal and State of Florida CDL regulations
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility with work schedule
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels within an organization.
Demonstrated strong partnering skills and teamwork
Ability and willingness to learn in a fast paced work environment
Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment, SAP and D-Learn
Preferred Qualifications :
State of Florida CDL Examiners License
Five years CDL driver training experience
Demonstrated experience in the implementation of training curriculum
CDL Train the Trainer Experience
Required Education :
High School Degree or Equivalent
