Part Time Bilingual File Administrator

The candidate will be communicating in both English and Spanish. Will work closely with administrative and legal staff in order to support the office. Maintain physical and digital case files. Interpret and translate from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. Answer incoming calls. Copy and prepare filings for shipment. Greet clients. Assist other staff as requested. Maintain client confidentiality. Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities required. Ability to work effectively with others and treat others with dignity and respect required. Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, listening and speaking) required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook required.
