The candidate will service a wide range of transactions and support an active commercial real estate practice. Responsibilities include: Reviewing and negotiating title insurance commitments and coverages and reviewing and summarizing exceptions for potential problems; Reviewing and negotiating surveys; Ordering and reviewing UCC and tax lien search reports; Reviewing Purchase/Sale Contracts; Review of Commercial Leases, estoppel certificates and SNDAs; Preparing and maintaining closing checklists and timelines; Coordinating and organizing documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions; Preparing and negotiating escrow closing instructions. Should have 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. Should have ability to think clearly, respond positively, evaluate situations and determine appropriate action and act decisively under pressure.
