Requirements:
8 years of development experience with a full-stack engineering skill set
Leadership skills / group lead experience
Solid Communicator
Ability and willingness to mentor junior staff members
Experience leading a mixed Onshore/Offshore team
Angular and/or React, Java, Microservices, JavaScript, and Node JS
50/50 FrontEnd / Backend development
Azure experience is a plus
