Compliance and Business Coordinator
The candidate will compile and distribute subcontract and material agreements to external parties. Ensure subcontractor and supplier compliance with executed agreements. Analyze billings and pay subcontractors and suppliers accordingly. Provide support to major financial accounting areas including cash management, job costing and subcontractor payables. Ability to cross-train to assist with accounts payable and payroll. Timely file operating permits. Should have 3-5 years of experience and a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or Paralegal experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required. Highly proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. The ability to manage a wide variety of activities and functions simultaneously is required.
