Collateral Team Lead
Duties: Monitors daily workloads for each team member to ensure even distribution. This includes managing mail clerks, scanners, collateral reviewers, and escalation team. Manages time off requests and time card approvals for team members. Ensures prompt delivery of collateral package to warehouse line and investor. Monitors daily reports provided by the warehouse listing missing documents and/or document deficiencies. Follows up with escalation team ensuring corrections are received to avoid penalties assessed by warehouse. Works with closing agents and clients to correct errors. Keeps PCLender updated with all notes, comments, emails, etc. that relate to the status of the missing/deficient document including received date, ship date and tracking information.
