Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex business litigation matters in federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.
• Manage large, sophisticated litigation cases from start to finish.
• Work closely with experienced practitioners on high-profile cases, both locally and nationally.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including research, drafting, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral advocacy skills in representing clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong experience in managing large litigation matters.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in Washington, D.C., or eligible for admission.

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing complex and large-scale litigation cases.
• Ability to develop case strategies and work collaboratively with senior attorneys.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
