Contract Administrator
The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contract types, including service agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, and co-broker, sub-broker, and introducer agreements. Advise business colleagues on compromise positions and risks relative to contract provisions. Assist with the preparation of proposals (e.g., RFP responses) to prospective clients. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients. Manage the provision of contracting and transactional advice and counsel to business segments and other functions as a member of the North American Legal team. Leverage strong organizational and task efficiency skills to help the team meet contract targets and deadlines. Provide daily contract support and lead coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines. Manage customer relationships. Escalate management issues when necessary. Must possess Bachelor’s degree. Law degree is preferred. Should have 5+ years’ experience as Contract Administrator, or equivalent experience.
