Senior Paralegal or Senior Contracts Specialist
The candidate will review, draft and negotiate all manner of construction and commercial agreements and proposals. Prepare and maintain form agreements, terms and conditions, playbooks, etc., to be used by business personnel. Train business personnel on contract provisions and form agreements, terms, and conditions, etc. Interface with business personnel to assist in the preparation and negotiation of contract documents. Assure compliance with company policies and delegation of authority. Assist with securing bonds and insurance certificates. Evaluate RFP contractual requirements and advises the business on contractual considerations, required flow-down provisions, and contract performance risk elements. Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms, applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, data reporting requirements, certified payroll reporting and other contractual requirements. Negotiate and process contract amendments as necessary. Identify contractual performance issues, ambiguities, and claims, when required. Prepare and process Non-Disclosure Agreements to support the business and maintain a record of agreements.
