Summer Internship Program

The intern will work in the General Litigation Division. The interns will draft discovery, motions, briefs and other pleadings in state and federal court as well as before the State Board of Workers' Compensation. Students will assist the attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations and trials. Interns may also attend hearings, trials and appellate arguments. In addition to real life lawyering experiences, interns will also have the opportunity to attend out of office events. These events may include prison tours and tours of the Public Safety Training Center and the Georgia Crime Lab. Rising third year law students who are currently enrolled in an accredited law school will be considered. The program generally runs from the first week in June through the second week in August.

Stipend: $3000
