Responsible for the planning and execution of integration and other types of testing for key initiatives within the hospital. Responsibilities also include integration test approach, resolution of software/system issues, providing guidance on test strategies, test plans, scenario definition, scripting and mentoring/coaching to various teams and Project Managers within the company. Provides guidance to the project managers in analyzing reported defects to assess severity and prioritization. Responsible for the maintenance and rollout of testing methodology and best practices. Testing is all manual but will be moving to automated testing in the future.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*Minimum of five (5) years experience as a QA Lead *Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred *Experience in providing guidance on test strategies, test plans, scenario and scripting and experience in implementing testing traceability, i.e. mapping of test cases to workflow and business requirements is all preferred *Experienced in managing testing defects from inception to resolution preferred
